Yes, Helium is expensive. In 5 years, a cylinder has increased by 200%. Having a storefront does allow us to be on a distributor contract, but ours does not offer the same pricing as big box retailers. We will fill your own balloons, but we cannot guarantee float time or replace them for popping / defects. 

We are committed to UPFRONT pricing, which is clearly listed on our website and in catalog. There are circumstances where we have to add a large event set-up fee, add costs for customized backdrops or additional services. Reach out, and we will provide a detailed invoice for any work that you are looking for not listed as a quick order on our site. We are guilty of adding more and making your event EXTRA EXTRAORDINARY without charging, as we take extreme pride in every order. 

Balloon Releases, in the City of Cleveland they are against ordinance 613.16, which limits to 10 or less balloons.  Foil / Mylar balloons are very dangerous for the environment and do not decompose. We have special methods of preparing 100% Natural Latex balloons without high float on a naturally sources ribbon / string or no string at all. 

We will copy your inspiration photos as closely as possible while fitting your space and budget. Sometimes we need a little visualization and will gladly provide a digital mock-up once an initial 50% deposit has been made.

We provide cost-effective pick-up options at our storefront, frequently at rates than those charged by unlicensed businesses for home pick-up. It's important to exercise caution when ordering from less-established companies. Our team has undergone multiple background checks due to their professional roles and boasts a strong track record of working with balloon clients and achieving success. Stay vigilant, as we've heard of too many scams happening.
